Judging Creative Work

Few team leaders are trained to identify and judge creative work. As a result, potentially winning ideas are killed or average work is approved, resulting in millions of dollars wasted in production and media invested behind poor ideas that don’t get noticed or build the brand. In this interactive and entertaining workshop, Nils Andersson and Charles Sampson will teach participants how to spot the winners from the duds.

The session will cover:

  • What is a creative idea?
  • How to spot creativity
  • The key questions to ask yourself when judging creative work
  • How NOT to respond to creative work
  • How good of a judge of ideas are you? (Participants are tested against some of the world’s leading creative leaders.)
